The Regenrative Journey: A yearlong cycle


Open the door to a shared exploration of how your organization can work regeneratively!
Here, you’ll find the tools and inspiration to engage your entire team in the process.

You’ll also have the opportunity to share your journey with other organizations participating in the program throughout the year — through our digital community and regular Zoom sessions.

This is included:

    Gain access to a digital learning program divided into six modules — each designed to guide you through the principles and practice of regenerative tourism.

  • ✺

    6 pre-recorded video lectures (approx. 20 minutes each) that give everyone in your organization a shared understanding of what regenerative tourism is — and how to apply it in practice.

    Watch the lectures whenever and wherever it suits you best throughout the year!

  • ✺

    A total of 7 workshops to complete together with your team — providing a framework for meaningful conversations that engage and involve everyone in your organization.

    You can carry out these workshops (approx. 2.5 hours each) whenever and wherever it suits you best throughout the year!

    You will also receive 4 analyses linked to four of the modules. These help you understand your current situation and the potential within your organization, while setting a direction for the year ahead. Repeat the analysis after one year to see what has changed and set intentions for the coming year.

    You will be regularly invited to Zoom sessions where you can meet other tourism businesses on the same journey. It’s a chance to share tips, gain insights, and support each other along the way.
    (Up to three participants per organization are welcome to join.)

    You will become part of our community, where you can stay connected with other tourism businesses participating in the program — just like you!

What does the program include?

Video Lectures/Talks

You will receive six video lectures with Linda Staaf — one for each module. Each lecture serves as an introduction to the specific topic covered in its module.

The video lectures give all employees the same opportunity to understand what regenerative tourism is, providing a solid foundation for future discussions and collaborative development. You can easily choose when and where to watch them.
Duration: approx. 20–25 minutes per lecture

Analyses

Four of the modules include analyses, which are:

  • Place Analysis

  • Biodiversity Analysis

  • Communication Analysis

  • Vision Analysis

Duration: approx. 3 hours each

Community

Join our community and connect with other businesses on the same journey with the Regenerative Journey. Here, you can support each other and share ideas, tips, and challenges..

Workshops

As a follow-up to each video lecture, you will gain access to six workshops — one for each module. The accompanying manuals serve as reliable guides, even for those with little prior experience leading workshops.

The purpose of these workshops is to spark conversation, generate ideas, and inspire your team around how your organization can work more regeneratively.

Zoom sessions

While the Regenerative Journey serves as a digital, self-guided framework for your development journey, it will naturally raise questions and ideas. These Zoom sessions are excellent opportunities to discuss with us and connect with other participants. It is through conversation and exchange that progress happens.

We also recommend using the Zoom sessions as milestones for planning your regenerative year. Up to three participants per organization are welcome to join.
